About Me
My Background & Approach
I’ve been building toward tattooing for most of my life - starting with formal art study early on, then years of professional visual-art work before entering tattooing full-time.
I began studying visual arts in grade school through evening music and art programs, and continued into college-level visual arts. I worked as a visual artist (illustration, painting, graphic design) before venturing into the tattoo world.
In 2019, I started tattooing and apprenticed under Vinnie Batlle at Bold City Tattoo in Jacksonville, Florida. I became a full-time tattoo artist in 2020. In early 2022, I moved to Atlanta and joined Thunderbolt Tattoo, owned and operated by industry veteran Joe Vegas. I’ve been tattooing at Thunderbolt since then and feel lucky to work alongside artists with deep industry experience.
What you can expect working with me
Artist-first design: I draw and plan with composition, flow, and longevity in mind - not just what looks good on day one.
A calm, collaborative process: clear communication, realistic expectations, and guidance through each step.
Professional training and environment: apprenticeship-trained, tattooing inside an established Atlanta shop.
Consistency: I’d rather do fewer pieces the right way than rush work that won’t age well.
