Here’s the Deal:

  • 10% Off: For every friend you refer as a new customer who gets tattooed with me, you’ll get 10% off your next session.

  • Discount Cap: You can apply one discount per one session.

  • Existing Customers Only: You must be an existing customer who has completed at least one tattoo session with me to qualify for the discount.

How to Refer:

1. Tell your friends about your awesome experience and send them my way.

2. Make sure they mention your name when they book their appointment.

3. Once they get their tattoo, I’ll hook you up with your discount.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 06/01/2025

1. Eligibility

• The referral program (“Program”) is open to all existing customers of Kaduk Tattoo & Art LLC who have completed at least one tattoo session (“Referrer”).

• Referrers and Referred Customers must be at least 18 years old to participate.

• Referred Customers must be new customers who have never completed a tattoo session or a consultation with Kaduk Tattoo & Art LLC.

2. Referral Process

• To participate, the Referrer must share their unique referral information with friends or acquaintances (“Referred Customer”).

• The Referred Customer must mention the Referrer’s name when booking their first tattoo session.

• The Referred Customer must complete their tattoo session for the Referrer to qualify for the discount.

3. Discount Details

• Referrers will receive a 10% discount on their next tattoo session for each Referred Customer who completes a tattoo session.

• The discount the Referrer receives will be capped at the value of the Referred Customer’s tattoo session.

• Only one discount can be applied per session.

• Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Redemption

• Discounts will be applied to the Referrer’s next tattoo session upon verification that the Referred Customer has completed their session.

• Discounts must be used within one year from the date of issue.

5. General Conditions

• Kaduk Tattoo & Art LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

• Referrers must not engage in spamming or any unethical behavior to solicit referrals.

• Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Kaduk Tattoo & Art LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the participation in the Program.

7. Acceptance of Terms

• By participating in the Program, Referrers and Referred Customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
